So you can enjoy the classics, such as Vermouth Bianco and Vermouth Rosso, to the more complex ones such as Vermouth Chinato and Vermouth Secco.

 

MANCINO VERMOUTH

Mancino Vermouth is original from Pignola, a small village in the center of the Basilicata region in southern Italy. Giancarlo began composing his own brand of Vermouth, using only and only the finest hand-picked herbs, botanicals and spices.

Giancarlo realized that modern vermouths dissipated in flavor when mixed. However, they lacked depth and charisma. They lacked something that would take you back to years gone by, around 1900.

So, with this well-defined belief, Mancino Vermouth was born, which mixed with other spirits and quality ingredients, creates a harmony of unforgettable flavors.

 

ROSSO AMARANTO

Rosso Amaranto is a high quality product, with a sweet taste and refined organoleptic characteristics.

Thus, it is an excellent choice if you want to enjoy the fortification of a pleasant Trebbiano di Romagna and the infusion of thirty-eight aromatic herbs.

With an alcohol content of 16%, it has a dark reddish color with caramel masks, notes of vanilla, rhubarb, juniper, toasted wood, clove, myrrh, cinnamon, orange peel, and a bittersweet finish.

 

BIANCO AMBRATO

Bianco Ambrato is produced by fortifying a delicate Trebbiano di Romagna and infusing it with thirty-seven aromatic herbs.

With an alcohol content of 16%, it is slightly bitter with an aroma of alpine rose, chamomile, elderflower, cardamom, licorice, and quinine.

 

SECCO

If you appreciate citrus and dry flavors, Vermouth Secco will be an excellent choice to enjoy. Thus, it is produced through the fortification of a delicate Trebbiano di Romagna and the infusion of nineteen aromatic botanicals.

Thus, with an alcohol content of 18%, this vermouth has a very intense aroma of Mediterranean herbs, Sage, Marjoram, and oregano, with delicate notes of lemongrass, dog rose, iris, nutmeg, and a citrusy, slightly bitter, fresh, and extra dry finish.

 

CHINATO

Delight in the sublime pairing of all the above vermouths: SECCO, BIANCO, and ROSSO. With an alcohol content of 17.5%, its base is a Barbera D’asti D.O.C.G with the addition of pure China Calissaja.

The palate is rich, deep and bitter with red wine notes which gives Chinato all the characteristics of being a remarkable digestif. To enjoy it in the best way, you can serve it with ice or at room temperature.

 

SAKURA

Try the divine Sakura, known for its unique, floral flavour. Enjoy limited edition Mancino Vermouth with Kyoto cherry blossoms and Italian viola flowers.

So, with an alcohol content of 18%, this is a perfect blend of twenty botanicals based on Italian white wine with a bitterness distinguished on the palate by absinthe and the sweetness of flowers.

 

KOPI

If you want to enjoy a creamy vermouth, Kopi is a great choice that matches a more delicate palate.

Thus, this delicious vermouth is the recollection of childhood memories in Italy related to the preparation of tiramisu combined with adventurous coffee experiences in Asia.

In this vermouth, with an alcohol content of 17%, we find all the characteristics of Mancino Vermouth with the addition of fourteen Robusta beans hand selected in Java and subjected to dark roasting by Barbera Café (for a 0.5% coffee content per bottle).
