Funkin Strawberry Purée is made from only the ripest Strawberries harvested in Poland and Spain. To perfect our puree, we have tried 32 varieties, and our chosen blend is a mixture of early season Honeoye, mid-summer Elsanta, and late season Symphony varieties, to create what we consider the perfect blend of seasonal strawberry flavours for your cocktails. Made with all natural ingredients and no artificial colouring, flavouring or preservatives. Zero wastage or preparation.
