The Mature, Trinidad 2009
The expression “Trinidad 2009” was chosen from the cellars of Trinidad Distillers Limited by Alexandre Gabriel, Master Blender of Plantation Rum, and Andrew Hassell.
Limited to 24 barrels, this rum is continuously distilled into multicolumn edifibacks and stands out for its maturation process.
Trinidad 2009 is a limited edition that has benefited from a double aging process inspired by a 300-year-old technique, inseparable from the identity of Plantation Rum.
You can expect tonka bean, vanilla, caramel, coffee, boiled fruits, nuts with notes of fresh spices and a slight floral touch.
A structured palate with notes of pastry and with a final touch of bitter almonds, orgeat and citrus notes with layers of fresh fruit.
The Full of Personality, Australia 2007
Australia’s achievement on the world rum map was due to sugarcane production about 150 years ago.
Distilled in stills, the aromatic complexity of this rum is due to the specific yeasts used during fermentation.
As its name implies, distilled in 2007, this rum was aged for the first time for 13 years in ex-bourbon barrels in the cellars of the Beenleigh Artisan Distillery.
Its personality reflect stone fruits such as peach, apricot with notes of fresh vanilla, coconut, raisins and notes of iris and lilac.
A taste of boiled fruits, citrus fruits with soft cocoa notes, an exotic fruit finish with vanilla and wood notes.
The rich and elegant, Peru 2006
From the collection between Alexandre Gabriel, Master Blender of Plantation Rum, and Jorge Luis Rodriguez Parajes, Master Blender of the Cartavio rum distillery, this exceptional Peruvian rum is born.
Plantation Rum Peru 2006 is the result of three-day fermentations, distilled in multi-columns and John Dore-type stills, through a double aging process.
A rum with notes of black chocolate, walnuts, vanilla with some wooded reflections with a touch of citrus and spicy passion fruit notes.
A soft palate, with notes of chocolate and a freshness of exotic fruits. With a long finish notes of dried fruits, cinnamon and walnut.
